Our Little Boys

Baby #1 Baby #2
Both of our boys at 4 months old, can you guess who is who?

Preschool

On her orientation day, and yes this year I am letting her pick her own outfits no matter how strange they may be.
In the cute outfit that Auntie Jen bought her, no matter that it was nearly 100 degrees outside.
Olivia started her second year of preschool last week. She was SO excited to go back to school. Her teacher is from our old ward so Olivia kinda knew her already so that helped. She went right into her class without looking back. I was a little sad to not even get a hug but it is a sign she is growing up.

Ice Cream!

Zachary was excited!

Alexander enjoyed hanging out with me while we watched the kids eat.
After going to the gardens we went to JCW's to get ice cream which we waited until we got home to eat.

Thanksgiving Point Gardens

We decided to again take advantage of the $2 Tuesday event at Thanksgiving Point, this time we went to the gardens and Auntie Jen came with us. This time we found the koi fish, the kids loved them. The gardens are so beautiful, we hope to go back again this week to see the Children's Garden.

Cute Baby Alexander!

Baby Alexander is getting so big! He is almost 15 pounds and nearly outgrowing all his 3-6 month clothes. He still isnt sleeping through the night but the other kids didnt do that for along time either so I dont really have much hope that he will do it anytime soon. He has a super cute laugh and smile and he adores Olivia.

If You Leave The Hose On

If you get distracted while watering the corn and leave the hose on all night...
the next morning the kids will play in the icky irrigation water, and its better to play naked if you are 2.

Staycation Part 2

On Friday we took the kids up to temple square so that they could see where we were married. Olivia was in awe of the temple, it was really cute! We went to the church history museum and along with the lower level exhibits of the history of the church we got to see the "I am a Child of God" exhibit, it was really fun for the kids. Then we walked around temple square in the beautiful weather. We also went to see the Christus statue. Then we went to have lunch with Auntie Jen, which is always fun! We convinced her to go to the fair with us that night so after we came home for naps we went back up to the fair. The kids loved riding the horses, the Australian animal display, and the kettle corn!

Staycation

Rob has been super busy at work and because of that we havent been on a vacation in over a year. We agreed that rather then go somewhere this summer since we werent too sure of his schedule we would just do a little staycation. We enjoyed having him home from Tuesday through Sunday, it was fun! The first morning we went to Thanksgiving Point for $2 Tuesdays, the big kids enjoyed the dinosaur museum, I think it is a really amazing place. We think that we will buy a membership to Thanksgiving Point in the future so that we can enjoy all the fun activities they offer. Plus they had really yummy fudge for $2!

Popsicles

The kids have really enjoyed having popsicles this summer. We bought this cute popsicle mold at a garage sale early in the summer. I just fill it with juice and presto, the next day we have popsicles that arent too sugary or messy.
