Snow Day!

The time change has changed my kids into little devils so when we woke up to snow yesterday and Olivia claimed her ear hurt it was just easier to take a snow day then send her to preschool. After getting on warm clothes (including socks which are still seldom worn by my kids even though it is cold here now), then snow pants, then coats and boots, and gloves on the kids and barely having time to throw on my coat in the process we went out to play in the snow. Olivia thinks she is part Eskimo, she would stay out in the cold all day if we let her, so she was super excited to have more snow here. Zachary seemed a little confused as to what was all over the grass and his gloves didnt want to stay on so he didnt like that much. I was just plain cold, note to self buy some good winter boots and wear gloves next time.
